Terms & conditions.
Plain-language terms for using gymassistant.com and buying our products. The shorter version: act in good faith, we will too.
Who this is from
These terms govern your use of gymassistant.com and your purchase of products from Bio-Logic, Inc., 1134 Ballena Blvd., Suite 18, Alameda, CA 94501.
Use of the site
You may use this site for personal and commercial research relating to our products and services. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the infrastructure. You may not impersonate Bio-Logic or its representatives.
Orders and payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we ship the product or activate the license. Pricing is in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is added where applicable.
Software licenses are issued to a single business entity. License transfers are available for a separate fee — see the guarantee and support policies pages.
Returns
Software returns: 30 days from receipt for a full refund of the software price (excluding shipping). Hardware: 60-day defect coverage; we troubleshoot, replace, or refund based on the diagnosis. Custom-printed key tags are non-returnable once produced.
Warranties
The software is provided "as is" with the warranties set out in the software guarantee page. We disclaim implied warranties beyond what's stated there to the extent permitted by law.
Liability
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service in question during the twelve months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages — but again, see the guarantee. We resolve issues directly when they come up.
Privacy
How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The current version is at this URL. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in Alameda County, California.
