Who this is from
This policy applies to gymassistant.com and the Gym Assistant software, both published by Bio-Logic, Inc., 1134 Ballena Blvd., Suite 18, Alameda, CA 94501.
Information we collect
From the website. When you submit a quote request, demo request, support form, or contact form, we collect the information you provide — name, business name, contact details, and anything you write in the message field. Web analytics also collect anonymized session data (page, time, referrer, approximate location) so we can improve the site.
From the software. Gym Assistant is installed on your computer. Your member database lives on your hardware. We don't have access to it unless you explicitly grant a remote-assist session, in which case we see only what's on your screen during that session.
From MemberConnect. The MemberConnect cloud add-on does store member-provided data (account credentials, payment methods routed to your merchant processor, messaging history). It is processed in accordance with the same standards a payment-card-industry compliant processor requires.
How we use it

What we don't do
- We don't sell your data to third parties
- We don't share your member data outside what's required to operate the integrated services you've enabled
- We don't profile your members for advertising

The site uses cookies for functional purposes (preferences), analytics, and marketing measurement. You can manage your cookie preferences through the consent banner the first time you visit and at any time afterward.
Your data, your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. Contact customer service or write to the Alameda address above. We'll respond within thirty days.
Data ownership
This is the load-bearing one: you own your member data. Your Gym Assistant database is yours. You can export it at any time without paying us a fee. We're never the gatekeeper between you and your members.
Updates
We update this policy occasionally. The current version is posted at this URL. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email.
