Who is Bio-Logic?
Bio-Logic, Inc. is a privately held software company. We publish two products — Gym Assistant, the membership management system for fitness facilities, and ProShop, the point-of-sale add-on. The company was founded in 1989 by Jon Harlan and has been in continuous operation ever since.
Our focus has always been the same: practical software for the people doing the work. We don't sell platforms or ecosystems. We sell tools. They go in the box, you buy them once, and they run.
Charitable work
We support the Prosthetic Outreach Foundation — a nonprofit working to expand prosthetic manufacturing capacity in regions where access is limited. It's separate from our software work. We just think it matters.
Where we are
Our office is at 1134 Ballena Blvd., Suite 18, Alameda, CA 94501 — across the bay from San Francisco, with a view of the water. We're open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific. If you want to drop by, call ahead — we'll put coffee on.
