Remote assist — we see what you see.

A live screen-sharing session with one of our support engineers. We see your screen, you stay in control of your machine, we walk you through the fix together.

How it works

  1. You file a support request or call us. We agree on a time.
  2. At the scheduled time, we send you a session link. You click it, you accept the connection.
  3. We see your Gym Assistant screen. You drive — we coach.
  4. We disconnect when the issue is resolved. The connection is per-session; we don't have ongoing access to your machine.

What it's good for

  • Configuration walk-throughs — billing setup, access control, ProShop initial config
  • Diagnosing problems that are hard to describe in writing
  • Upgrade installs — we watch the upgrade run with you
  • Training a new front-desk hire on the workflow

What it's not

Remote assist isn't a shortcut around an active support plan — Silver- or Gold-plan customers get remote-assist time as part of the plan; non-plan customers can buy it on a per-incident basis (see support policies).

Privacy

You control the session. We see only what's on your screen during the session window. We don't install agents, persistent tunnels, or background services. When you close the session, we lose access.
