Software you don't like inside thirty days, send it back and we'll refund you. Hardware that doesn't behave inside sixty days, we'll troubleshoot it and replace what's broken. That's the deal.
30-day software refund
If Gym Assistant doesn't work the way you need it to, return it within thirty days of receipt and we'll refund the software purchase price. Original shipping and handling fees aren't refunded. We don't make you fight for it — call or email and we'll process the return.
60-day hardware guarantee
Equipment we ship — barcode scanners, proximity readers, key-tag printers, access controllers — carries a 60-day defect coverage. If something stops behaving, contact technical support. We'll work the problem with you over the phone or remote-assist session, distinguish between setup issues and hardware failure, and replace any unit we determine is defective.
