What we do
We make membership management software for the people who run gyms — front-desk software, billing, access control, point-of-sale, and a member mobile app. We've been doing it since the late 1990s, and we keep doing it because we like the people who run gyms and we want them to have software that doesn't get in the way.

Bio-Logic, Inc. is a small, privately held company headquartered in Alameda, California — looking out at San Francisco Bay. We're a tight team. When you call, you get one of us, not a queue.
How we sell
We don't take a cut of your dues. Gym Assistant is software you buy once and own. There's a one-year support and updates plan included with every purchase, and you can renew it if you want to keep getting both — or you can let it expire and the software keeps running. That's it. No SaaS treadmill.
What we work on outside the office
We support the Prosthetic Outreach Foundation — a nonprofit that helps establish prosthetic manufacturing capacity in developing regions. It's not affiliated with our software work; it's just something we believe in.
